ORDER

The above Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent police to give adequate police protection to her on the basis of her complaint dated 12.07.2019.

Heard both sides.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is an inter se dispute between the parties in running the management of the Bharathi Matriculation Higher Secondary School and the same is pending enquiry before the concerned Educational Authority and would submit that this Court, by order dated 20.08.2019, had directed the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and that he must await till the final decision is arrived in the enquiry and it is also stated that the respondent police will not interfere with the dispute meanwhile.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the direction to the petitioner to await till the final order/decision is taken in the enquiry proceedings by the Educational Authority concerned.
