ORDER

The Petition in C.M.P.No.20227 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 371 days in filing this petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent Duraisamy in above S.A.No.84 of 2018 on the file of this Court.

2. The Petition in C.M.P.No.20231 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent R.Duraisamy in the above S.A.No.84 of 2018 on the file of this Court.

3. The Petition in C.M.P.No.20234 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 4 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent R.Duraisamy and rank them as the respondents 2 to 4 in the above S.A.No.84 of 2018 on the file of this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

5. In spite of name being printed in the cause list, the respondents are neither present nor being represented by any counsel before this Court and they are called absent. Hence, the present applications are ordered as prayed for.

6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the Second Appeal during first week of September, 2025.
