O R D E R

When the Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the Government has already referred the matter under Section 18 of Land Acquisition Act in respect of the Award 2/86 dated 19.12.1986, before the reference Court, namely the Sub-Court, Vellore. At the time of hearing the matters before the Court below, there was a settlement between the parties, which was recorded by the reference Court in L.A.O.P.No.14 of 1987, by order dated 07.07.2000, L.A.O.P.No.15 of 1987, by order dated 07.07.2000 and L.A.O.P.No.17 of 1987, by order dated 30.06.2000. In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for consideration in these writ petitions, which are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
