This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 88 days in filing the petition to restore the Crl.R.C.No.85 of 2019 which has been dismissed for non prosecution by order dated 11.08.2021 passed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides

3. It is seen that this Court had dismissed the Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.R.C.No.85 of 2019 on merits, though the petitioner was absent, the petition was dismissed. Therefore, there is no question to restore the Criminal Revision Petition. Hence, no purpose would be served, if the condone delay petition is allowed.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
