This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15658 of 2023, dated 17.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case charge sheet is filed and taken on file in C.C.No.5396 of 2023 on the file of the Additional CCB, Egmore.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
