This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 13.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11438 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.164 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
