ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order dated 2.2.2017 and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner application dated 7.2.2017 seeking for Trade License to run the optical outlet in the petitioner premises.

2. When the case is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's company is under liquidation process and the possession has also handed over to the Liquidator and hence, no further order is necessary in this writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.02.2023 rli 2/4
