ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 3 & 4 to take appropriate legal action as against respondents 6 & 7 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2020. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the complaint was given by the representation dated 18.09.2020 for taking appropriate action against respondents 6 and 7. On receipt of the same, the fifth respondent conducted detailed enquiry after issuance of notice to respondents 5 & 6 and closed the same on 19.11.2022.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file

private complaint in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
