J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN ,J., This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondents as R4 and R5 in the Writ Petition.

W.M.P.No.32238 of 2025 Rights Commission and the complainant have not been arrayed as party respondents in the Writ Petition. Hence, the petitioners have come out with the petition for impleading them in the main Writ Petition.
