This petitioner has been filed to condone the delay of 745 days in filing documents viz (i) Guideline value issued by the Registration office (Ex.D1) (ii) Property Tax Card original (Ex.D2) (iii) Electricity payment card original (Ex.D3) and (iv) Sewerage Board card original (Ex.D4) as documents in C.S.No.243 of 2021.

2. The plaintiff was examined himself as P.W.1 and marked as Exs.P1 to P8.

D1 and D2 have remained set ex-parte.

Now D3 has to enter the witness box and he has to appear before the learned Master No.I on 28.10.2024 subject to admissibility of proof and relevancy. The learned Master No.I shall complete the recording of evidence on or before 18.11.2024.

3. Havine satisfied with the reasons stated in the application, this application is allowed.
