The petitioner seeks for transfer of H.M.O.P.No124 of 2022 from the file of the learned Principal subordinate Judge at Chengalpattu to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Poonamallee. 1/1

2. Both sides consent that the proceedings may be transferred to the file of the Subordinate Judge at Ambattur.

3. Taking into consideration with the consent by both sides, H.M.O.P.No.124 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu and transferred to the file of the learned Sub Judge, Ambattur.

4. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
