This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.60 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Karaikkal insofar as the petitioners is concerned.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners very fairly submitted that the application filed by A3 for quashing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

charge sheet has already been dismissed by this Court on 07.09.2021, however seeks indulgence of this Court to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court.

3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is also dismissed. However, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with except for receiving copies and answering charges and 313 questioning or any other date that may be fixed by the trial Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
