This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent herein to release the Petitioners All India Tourist bus NL-01/ B1288 (seized by the first respondent now in the custody of the second respondent), forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the seized vehicle, viz., All India Tourist bus bearing No. NL-01/ B-1288 was released.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
