The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 based on the representation made by the petitioner on 18.01.2017.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents based on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.01.2017. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.
