This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the respondent police submitted that, petition enquiry is pending on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.08.2015.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent-police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
