In a proposed suit for recovery of money in relation to the supply of goods by the plaintiff to the defendants, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the second respondent / second defendant before this Court. 2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of the application, it is evident that a large part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the second respondent before this Court. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
