in C.P.No.205 of 2012 M.SUNDAR, J., Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned 'Deputy Official Liquidator' [hereinafter 'Deputy OL' for the sake of convenience and clarity] on behalf of 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' [hereinafter 'OL' for the sake of convenience and clarity] who has taken out the captioned application submits that the main CP is heading for dissolution and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned application.
2. An endorsement has been made in the case file which reads as follows:

3. Aforementioned endorsement is reiterated in the hearing.
4. Learned Deputy OL requests for an order to preserve the rights of OL to revive the prayer if need arises. This request is acceded to as it is innocuous and owing to facts and circumstances of case on hand it would be in the interest of creditors qua company that has gone into liquidation in main CP.
5. In the light of the endorsement and reiteration of the same, captioned application is disposed of as withdrawn preserving rights of OL to take out an application with same/similar prayer if need arises. There shall be no order as to costs.
