This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15524 of 2023 dated 14.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
