This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent Police to give police protection to the Petitioner life and limb by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2023. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.403 of 2023 and it was closed on 21.08.2023.

In view of the above, it is made clear that the police will not interfere in this dispute and the respondents will also work our their remedy 2/4
only before the competent Civil Court and will not take law into their own hands.
