This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the complaint in S.T.C.No.72 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint in S.T.C.No.72 of 2016 itself has been dismissed by the trial Court on 14.09.2019 and hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
