The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police to enquire and investigate and register a complaint based on petitioner complaint dated 20.01.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 20.01.2016 stating that the proposed accused has received goods by several invoices and he neglected to repay the amount to the tune of Rs.5,40,017/-. He further submitted that when the petitioner has demanded the amount, the proposed accused has made criminal intimidation and the total outstanding amount is Rs.7,46,403/-. But the second respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, C.S.R.No.302 of 2016 has been given, both the parties were called
