This petition has been filed to transfer of investigation pending in Crime No.73 of 2023 on the file of the respondent to any other competent authority.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.73 of 2023, the first respondent filed charge sheet before the concerned Court. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.
Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
