ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.325 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.325 of 2020 on 08.05.2020, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.325 of 2020, in which the investigation is under progress. Hence he seeks one month time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
