Mr.Dorairaj, learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff would submit that out of the suit properties mentioned in schedule 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'D', the properties mentioned in schedule 'B' and 'D' are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and the properties mentioned in schedule 'A' and 'C' are situated within the jurisdiction of the Sub Court, Arakkonam and Sub Court, Poonamallee.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant would further submit that since two of the scheduled mentioned properties were situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court, this application has to be allowed. http://www.judis.nic.in Page No.1/2
