By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. Prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2021 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2021 to sanction family pension and other monetary benefits for the service rendered by the petitioner's husband (Ramasamy).

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that on account of the objection given by the fifth respondent claiming that she is the wife of the petitioner's husband, the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.11.2021 seeking family pension is kept pending.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing anything on merits, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.11.2011, after affording opportunity to the petitioner, interested parties and the fifth respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
