----- C O M M O N O R D E R These five sub applications had been filed in Contempt Petition

No.711 of 2007 by Mrs.M.S.Sundari/ Sub Application No.869 of 2025/5th Petitioner, Mr.G.Anandhakrishnan/ Petitioner in Sub Application No.870 of 2025/4th petitioner, Mrs.M.K.Indumathi/ petitioner in Sub Application No.871 of 2025/ 1st Petitioner, Mr.Ashok Kumar/ petitioner in Sub Application No.872 of 2025/ 3rd Petitioner, and Mr.G.Ramachandran/ petitioner Sub Application No.874 of 2025/2nd petitioner seeking to divide the amount, which had been recalled by the Registry, a sum of Rs.1,39,77,626/- and permit each one the named individuals to be paid out and receive the 1/5th share of the total accrued amount.

2. In effect, the applicants seek payment out for the total amount and for the Registry to divide that into five parts and to pay 1/5th to each one of the named individuals. The total amount recalled as put up by the Registry is Rs.1,39,77,626/-. When divided into five equal parts each one of the petitioners would be entitled Rs.27,95,525/-. The said amount may be transferred to the bank accounts of the each one of the five individuals

after they give details of their bank accounts.

3. It is to be noted that an endorsement had also been made raising no objections for such transfers and division of the amount. Accordingly, these sub-applications stand allowed.

4. The said transfer to be made within a period of 5 working days from the date on which the applicants furnish their bank details to the Registry.
