Today this matter is taken up under the caption "for Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to rectify the typographical error crept in Paragraph Nos.5,7,8 and 9,, wherein instead of the first respondent, it is mentioned as "second respondent".

2.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the facts of the case, the error occurred has to be rectified. Hence, the order passed by this Court on 26.11.2019 in W.P.No.26981 of 2019, wherever the second respondent is mentioned i.e in Paragraph Nos.5,7,8 and 9, shall be mentioned as the first respondent. 3.Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents at free of the cost.
