Prayer : This application has been filed under Section 151 of CPC praying to recall the amount of Rs.1,43,17,468/- which has been deposited in the Indian Bank, High Court branch on fixed deposit to the credit of Contempt Petition No.711 of 2007.

This application has been filed to recall the amount of Rs.1,43,17,468/- which had been deposited in the Indian Bank, High Court Branch on fixed deposit to the credit of Contempt Petition No.711 of 2007.
2. In the affidavit filed in support of this Sub Application, it had been stated that consequent to the direction of this Court, a sum of Rs.60,30,000/- had been deposited to the credit of Contempt Petition No.711 of 2007 and it had been invested in the Indian Bank, High Court Branch and the amount had matured along with the interest, according to the applicant, had accrued to a sum of Rs.1,43,17,468/-. It had been stated that the petitioners have now entered into a compromise to divide the accrued amount into five equal parts and share the same among them. This application has therefore been filed to recall the accrued amount.
3. Registry had put up a note stating that after deduction of 5% Government Commission and 0.2% Audit Fees, a sum of Rs.1,39,77,626/- is now available and it had been recalled.
4. In view of the same, this sub application stands closed. No costs. 18.08.2025 Maya 1/3
