Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give one month Child Psychology Training to the Petitioner along with other candidates from 16.11.2004 or from any subsequent date as may be fixed by this Court forthwith and to pay salary as Secondary Grade Teacher from 02.06.2003 as the respondents failed to give training to

When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.
