ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The petitioner herein, who is the father of the detenu namely minor I.Divya, has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's minor daughter I.Divya, aged about 17 years, from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent before this Hon'ble Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions made a submission that the detenue has already joined with her parents. Thus, no further adjudication is
required.
