O R D E R

The petitioner/wife has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to transfer I.D.O.P.No.888 of 2018 from the file of learned Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, to the file of learned Sub-Court, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District.

The said IDOP was filed by the respondent/husband seeking for dissolution of marriage.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the respondent/husband submitted that instead of Sub-Court, Ponneri, Thiruvalluvar District, the matter may be transferred to any one of the Family Courts at Chennai. Learned counsel for the petitioner/wife has also fairly agreed for the said proposal.

3. In view of the consent given by the learned counsel appearing for the husband and wife, I.D.O.P.No.888 of 2018 filed by the husband is withdrawn from the file of learned Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, and consequently, transferred to the file of learned Principal Family Court, Chennai, who, in turn, will consider transferring the same to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any of the Family Courts at Chennai, depending upon the pendency. On such transfer, the concerned Family Court shall dispose of the same in the manner known to law as expeditiously as possible. With this direction, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected CMP.No.19308 of 2019 is closed.
