C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 409, 408, 468, 471, 477A, 420 r/w 34 of IPC, in Crime No.106 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.
Earlier, this Court by an order dated 27.10.2025, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a directions to repay a sum of Rs.10 lakhs by each and the same has not been complied with; it is alleged that by fabrication of documents these petitioners colluded with the other co-accused and received Rs.10 lakhs each from the society; so far no money was recovered.
3.
Considering the submissions made on both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, gravity of offence, the petitioner and other accused had actively participated in fabrication of records and taking note of the fact that the petitioners had not complied with the earlier directions imposed by an order dated 27.10.2025, 2/4
I am of the view that if the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail it will hamper the investigation and therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court by an order dated 27.10.2025 stands dismissed. 5.
Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 30.01.2026 ssa To
