ORDER

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.3944 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.3944 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 379 (NP) and 506(i) IPC. But the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is going on and hence, he prays for three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, after due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry, the case in Crime No.3944 of 2015 has been registered as early as on 31.10.2015 for the offences under Sections 379 (NP) and 506(i) IPC. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
