ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to survey the land and fix boundary stones in respect of Old survey Nos.44/7 and New Survey Nos.44/7A and 44/7B, measuring an extent of 0.06.50 hectare, situated at Cuddalore District, Veppur Taluk, A.Marur Village on the basis of the application dated 28.08.2021 within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.P.Rajavel, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.S.Rajesh, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted application to survey the above land and fix boundary stones, which is pending. Therefore, the respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 28.08.2021 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to survey the land and fix boundary stones in respect of Old survey Nos.44/7 and New Survey Nos.44/7A and 44/7B, measuring an extent of 0.06.50 hectare, situated at Cuddalore District, Veppur Taluk, A.Marur Village, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
