2. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not comply the condition as ordered by this Court on 08.09.2025, that " the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not able to comply the condition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not comply the conditional order passed by this Court, the interim anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.09.2025, is hereby cancelled. The respondent police is directed to take necessary steps in accordance with law.
