.. Respondents Prayer:-Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's vehicles, while unloading the ration items in the ration shops situated in the respondents police jurisdiction limits.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner's vehicles, while unloading ration items in the ration shops situated in the respondents police jurisdiction.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of unloading the ration items, some of the persons prevented the petitioner for unloading the ration items in the ration shops by demanding mamool of Rs.100/- per tonne. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 16.02.2016 seeking relief for police protection and enquire the same. But the respondents have not come forward to give police protection or enquire the same. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides, the respondents are directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 16.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
