ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to survey and fix the boundary of the land of the petitioner situated in survey No.377/1A2 at Mathavacheri Village, Kallakurichi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.Karan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted representation to survey and fix the boundary of his land, which is pending. Therefore, the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2021 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to survey and fix the boundary of the land of the petitioner situated in survey No.377/1A2 at Mathavacheri Village, Kallakurichi District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
