This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 118 days in representing the Court papers filed in RA.Sr.No.15798 of 2022

2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, O.S.No.70 of 2006 in respect of which, S.A.No.302 of 2006 was filed.

3. This Court finds no justifiable reasons available in support of this application.

4. In view of the above, the present application is dismissed.
