ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondent to survey the land of the petitioner and issue patta for his property situated in survey No.375/2A to the extent of 1 acre at Oomagoundampatti, Kanajayakkanpatti, Kadayampatti, Salem District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2020.

2. Heard, Mr.Karan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner submitted representation to survey his land and to issue patta, which is pending. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2020 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to survey the land of the petitioner and issue patta for his property situated in survey No.375/2A to the extent of 1 acre at Oomagoundampatti, Kanajayakkanpatti, Kadayampatti, Salem District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
