The petitioner was called for enquiry on the complaint given by one Jayabharathi W/o.Jaishankar. Apprehending harassment under the guise of investigation, the present petition is filed seeking protection. 1/4

The learned Government Advoate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint of Jayabharathi was enquired and after perusing the records and the statement of the petitioner, Jayabharathi has withdrawn her complaint stating that Rajeswari, the mother of the petitioner agreed to pay the money. Therefore, she withdrawn the complaint.

In view of the above fact, there is no necessity to pass any order in this Criminal Original Petition, since the complaint against the petitioner has already been withdrawn. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
