ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to remove the water tap, motor pump and electricity service connection illegally installed in petitioner's property comprised in S.No.321/11A admeasuring 0.28.00 Hectares situated in Seplanatham Village, Kurinijipadi Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands

disposed of. No costs.
