The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to delete the petitioner's name viz., R.Sivakumar in the Rowdy History List maintained by the 3rd respondent/Inspector of Police under the provision of Police Standing Orders by observing due procedure within a time frame limit.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.36 of 2018 against the petitioner viz., R.Sivakumar and his name was already been deleted from the Rowdy History List. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition already granted by this Court. In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition and hence, the writ petition is closed.
