2.The applicant has sought for six months extension for the Arbitrator to pronounce the Arbitral Award in this application. 3.Both the counsels submit that the Arbitration is in the trial stage. 4.Learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application.

5.This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application.
