When this Criminal Revision Case was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have settled the matrimonial issues, maintenance and alimony, by which a sum of Rs.10,50,000/- has been paid to the respondent by the petitioner and the disputes have been compromised by order dated 12.11.2018 in O.P.No.4047 of 2011 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai and hence nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Case for consideration. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
