ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 457, 380 of IPC in Crime No.310 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 27.08.2021 the defacto complainant lodged a complaint who is the owner of the shop. The petitioner and others were attempt to break open the shop shutter. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that 3 previous cases pending against the petitioner and co-accused still in jail. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, there is 3 previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
