This application has been filed to take (a) the report filed by her on record. (b) to hear the C.A.Nos.795/2005 & C.A.No.2789/2007 in C.P.No.5/2000 filed against the Ex-Management of the company along with the subject application. (c) To permit the Official Liquidator to meet out Govt./Audit Fees, if any required to be paid from the balance available funds with the subject company. (d) To permit the Official Liquidator to pay the balance amount to Employees Provident Fund Organization whose claims was pending to the extent of Rs.5,65,522/-. (e) To audit the Final Accounts by the Local Fund Audit or by the Chartered Accountant as my be decided by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Official Liquidator has submitted that the connected Applications filed in Company Application Nos.2789 and 793 of 2005, which were sought to be heard along with these Applications has already been closed by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2018 in Comp.Appln.Nos.2789 of 2007 and Comp.Appln.No.793 of 2005, based on the submission made by the learned Official Liquidator to the effect that the Company in liquidation has already been dissolved vide order dated 01.06.2017 in C.A.No.456 of 2017 and therefore this Application may also be closed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/
