These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20760 of 2022 dated 16.09.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. He would further submit that the case is likely to be transferred to DCB Chengalpattu.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20760 of 2022 dated 02.08.2022 is relaxed. However, in the event of case being transferred to DCB, Chengalpattu, the petitioners shall be called for enquiry on summons.
