ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Palladam to expedite and dispose the C.C.No.45 of 2021 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Palladam.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the accused in C.C.No.45 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate and the respondent police prosecuted the case against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 287 and 304(A) IPC. He further submitted that though the case has been taken on file on 20.04.2021 itself, till now, it is pending without any progress and hence this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, in this case, witness summon has been issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam and it was received by the respondent police and also served to the witnesses and the Trial is yet to be commenced.
4. A perusal of the records reveals that the petitioners are the accused persons in C.C.No.45 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Palladam and the respondent police prosecuted the case against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Section 287 and 304(A) IPC. The case was taken on file on 20.04.2021 and thereafter, it was periodically adjourned till 05.09.2022 for issuing summon to the witnesses. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that summons served to the witnesses and Trial is yet to be commenced.
5. Therefore, considering the above facts and also taking into account the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam is directed to conclude the Trial, without giving further adjournments, within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is
allowed.
