O R D E R

Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to confirm the petitioner's job permanent as on 21.07.2009 and to pay the cost of this writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as daily wages labour on 21.07.2009 as Temporary driver. Thereafter, the petitioner was suspended on 24.02.2010 based on the criminal case. He was re-admitted in service on 23.03.2010. Thereafter, the case was ended in acquittal in the year 2017. Though the petitioner was engaged as a daily wage labour, his service was not regularised. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation on 10.12.2018 to the 2nd respondent for his regularisation. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the respondents till date. Hence this writ petition.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the 1st respondent 2/4

to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2018 and pass appropriate orders within the reasonable time.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. For ready reference, the petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order to the 1st respondent to enable them to pass appropriate orders.
