C.M.P.Nos.4951 and 4952 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.Nos.75664 and 79386 of 2022 N.MALA, J.

These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Mr.Mr.R.Nalliappan, the learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and he fairly submits that he has no serious objection for the delay of 32 days being condoned.

3. Though notice is served on respondents 2 and 3, none appears. 4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, the delay of 32 days is condoned and the petitions are accordingly ordered.

5. The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that he undertakes to file vakalat for the respondent in the main appeal itself. 6.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if they are otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission' and print the name of Mr.R.Nalliappan, in cause list at the time of admission. 7.Accordingly, these CMPs are ordered.
